&lt;p&gt;For the past month I&amp;#8217;ve hit a plateau while dealing with insomnia and being sick.  I figured out the insomnia and just about over the sick bug (darn kids!).  I haven&amp;#8217;t been horrible, but I haven&amp;#8217;t been great either.  But I deserve better and I will get better.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m celebrating Valentine&amp;#8217;s Day a day late (on purpose) with my girl so I&amp;#8217;ll be cheating.  But I am refocusing and gearing up for another long go at it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve lost 60 lbs since October but I&amp;#8217;ve still got a long way to go.&lt;/p&gt;
